johannesheinrichs.de is a non-commercial website about the philosopher Johannes Heinrichs and his work. It is maintained by his publisher, Reflexivity Press, asks nothing of you and collects nothing about you.

These terms are short because the site is simple. Where something remains unclear, write to feedback@reflexivitypress.com.

1. What this site is

A collection of texts on the life and thought of Johannes Heinrichs, a list of his publications, notes on new releases, literary texts and links. Free to read, without registration, without user accounts, without advertising.

Nothing is sold on this website itself. No payment of any kind is asked for its use, in money or otherwise.

2. Offers of the publisher

Some pages link to offers for sale by Reflexivity Press (reflexivitypress.com), above all to books by Johannes Heinrichs.

These offers are not part of this website. For a purchase, the information and terms on reflexivitypress.com apply.

3. What you may do with the contents

The texts on this website and the works of Johannes Heinrichs are protected by copyright. All rights are reserved unless a text states otherwise.

Quoting is permitted, following the usual rules of scholarly work and with the source given.

4. Translations

These pages were originally written in German. The other language versions were produced with the help of machine translation. Freedom from error cannot be guaranteed — not least because philosophical terms have no fixed equivalent in any language.

In case of doubt, the German version prevails.

If you believe that one of your rights is being infringed on this site — a copyright, a personality right or another — write to me. Name the page and the passage.

Justified complaints are remedied without delay, usually within a few days. If the matter is doubtful, the passage concerned is first removed and then clarified.
